I.S.B.A.E.
The International Society of Balloon Artists and
Entertainers (I.S.B.A.E.) is an organization of practitioners of the art of
balloon sculpture. The purpose of The Society is to encourage and promote the
art of balloon sculpture and its use as an art form and entertainment medium,
whether as a profession or hobby, with particular emphasis on education and
safety.
